Best New American Restaurant in Roanoke

Spent a Friday night here in downtown Roanoke, TX and it turned into a really good one. Good music, warm lighting, and a fun crowd. The food was fresh and flavorful — the charcuterie board was loaded with brie, prosciutto, fig jam, and fresh berries, and the buffalo cauliflower had a really nice kick. Staff were friendly and easy, and while seating gets tight on weekends, it honestly just added to the energy. Already planning my next trip back !!

My wife and I found this place a few weeks ago and it is a hidden gem! Chef Madan is such a pleasure to visit with and he knows food! You must try the Pani Puri. It is so delicious!!! The Sweet Pig Flat Bread is another favorite. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The newest addition to the 206 building in downtown Roanoke with a fusion style menu. I’ve had three of their flatbreads so far; the hot honey pepperoni, sweet pig, and the chicken Alfredo. But also…! The caramel chocolate churros are a carefully crafted delicious work of edible art..! I’ll definitely be going back.

First time trying this restaurant and loved it! Delicious food with the cauliflower buffalo bites, chicken Alfredo flatbread, and the churros. They also make their food from scratch and you can tell how fresh it is. Definitely coming back! Forgot to get a picture of the churros, but will next time.
